Customs Clearance Under Broker’s Seal
- As part of filing a declaration, an MCT Shipping employee checks for a complete set of documents and their correctness, calculates customs payments, assigns/verifies HS codes, and provides consultation on permitting documentation. Then the documents are transferred to the declarant for processing.
- MCT Shipping offers additional services for forming a set of documents required for filing a declaration. This includes assistance in drafting foreign trade contracts, preparing technical descriptions for customs, monitoring acceptable prices, preparing specifications/invoices/packing lists, and others.
- MCT Shipping also organizes inspection/examination, item-by-item photography and weighing, and compilation of documents based on inspection information.”
